Meet Wilbur

Hello everybody, my name is Wilbur.  I am an absolutely gorgeous classic approximately 2 yr old ginger tabby.  If you ever remember Morris the cat, well I could be Morris long lost skinny brother, that is how deep and rich my orange fur is.  I have been on the loose awhile and was at Animal Services awhile, so I need to put some weight back on.  I am very friendly and purr when I see you looking my way, I am not crazy overbearing for attention and will wait patiently to get it.  I have also been told I have beautiful colored eyes that match my ginger fur.  I love to play and will bat my ball to you hoping you will roll it back.  I am very grateful to be in the rescue and out of that cramped cage at Animal Services and will show you my love and appreciation every chance I get.  

I also have a special need - I have Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) which means my immune system doesn't work so well. Don't worry - I can't spread it to you AT ALL. It's a cat thing, but you will have to feed me good foods that help boost my immune system and be careful to help me not get sick which could mean extra visits to the vet. It's probably best that I am the only cat in your home, too, but that just means we have more love to give each other!!
