Meet Jack

Hi there, my name is Jack.  I’m a loving, gentle and affectionate boy.  What more can you ask for?  I was rescued from the shelter by the kind people at Kalamazoo Animal Rescue within minutes of my life ending.  I was given love, food and a comfy bed to sleep in and boy ‘o’ boy, I thought I had died and went to heaven.  Since my rescue, I’ve gone through heart worm treatment and my foster Mom has put a little meat on my bones.  I’m a very submissive boy, and love to just flop down and roll over for a nice belly rub. I’d love nothing more than to snuggle with you.  I’m a mellow boy, but I sure enjoy my daily walks, although I’m told I need to learn how to walk without pulling on my leash.  I have great house manners, and I’m working on perfecting them.  I listen well, and I’m eager to please.  I won’t disturb you or the neighbors because I don’t bark.  My foster Mom says I’ll need a fenced in yard to keep me safe, because my Lab nose gets the best of me and I’ll quickly get on a scent and run.  I’m a great boy and have so much love to give.  Will you be the one to give me my forever home?
