Lilo (below) was found in a cart at the back of a Wal-Mart parking lot. She was cold, thin and full of worms. However, Lilo's life has now improved immensely. Here she is having fun with her new family.

I wanted you to know how well Aragorn (below) [was known to us as Caleb] is doing! First of all, he is HUGE! He exploded at some point and is just as big as can be. He's a sweet cuddler who plays with his brother and sister ALL the time. He likes to eat, pounce toy mice, snuggle, he's the loudest purrer I've ever met, but most importantly he chases and attacks his own tail!... He is very well developed for a kitty who was such a goofy looking little runt! Thank you for all you did for my little Arie and all sorts of other kitties who need a good home. Aragorn is the epitome of a kitten who found a happy home! Attached is a photo of him and my other kitty gandalf. He's the kitty on the right in the photo, he looks a lot like his sister. I appreciate your contribution to such sweet animals who need such little beyond love.

Alex is a dear little eight year old Llahsa Apso who found a loving home because of the Rescue. Here he is relaxing in the chair with his new father.

Dear Foster Mom - Thanks for taking such good care of me during my stay at your house. I really love my new sister and brothers (that's me with brother Max below). My new parents love me very much and they have a big backyard for me to play in and all the toys a little puppy could ever want. I'll send more pictures to show you how much I've grown. Love & Licks............Roo

I just wanted to write you and tell you how much we enjoy Carley (below), who we adopted from you this summer... As you will see she is quite a big girl...She is about 85lbs now and she is almost 8 months old...She has made such a great companion for my older dog...In fact the vet said he never seen anything like what Carley has done for her... My rottie is about 8 years old and she has been complaining about arthritis...vet said that her hips and other joints were fine that she was just experiencing some arthritis due to being a big dog at the age that she is at....Ever since Carley has come, she acts just like a pup again... It is wonderful to see.

We are so thankful for Riley (below in his hoodie). He's by far the sweetest, most affectionate dog that I've ever been around. He's doing well being left in the house while we're gone for short periods of time. We have the crate out and open and he wanders in and out of it, so we'll see if it works for him at some point. He's learning to perform some tricks and he absolutely loves doing them. He rolls over with such enthusiasm that sometimes he's almost in mid-air. We've taken him to PetSmart for a full grooming and he did very well. I just can't believe that someone didn't want him. Anyway, we're so thankful for people like you who rescue these animals so that we have them as part of our families.

It's me again, Gunner! Check me out! This Ranger Ride stuff is the cats MEOW! oops, gotta be careful how I say that........... Anyway, I'm still having a lot of fun here at the Ponderosa. They even let me eat snow and ice. I'm learning new tricks too........... I don't even chew up my bed anymore and barking? Well, I'm still working on that but gotta keep em on their toes, right? Wait till you see my Santa outfit.....good lord............. anything to make Betty Boo happy I guess...... Hope you all are fine too. Send me pictures.........................Love & Licks, Gunner
