Book an Appointment

Before booking an appointment, please also note the following:

  • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, or Discover Card. No checks please.
  • No grooming services. Unfortunately, we cannot offer nail trims, anal gland expressions, or other grooming services unless deemed medically necessary by the treating veterinarian.
  • Dogs must be on a leash with an appropriately tightened collar. If you arrive without a lead, a slip lead will be provided at an additional cost. No exceptions.
  • Cats must be in a carrier. If you arrive without a carrier, a cardboard carrier will be provided at an additional cost. No exceptions.

Preparing for Your Appointment

  • To help speed things along, please print and fill out the patient history questionnaire.
    • What if I don’t have a printer? We recommend checking with your library for affordable printing. You may need a library card to use these services. Otherwise, please arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork.
  • 1-2 days before your appointment:
    • Cats: check that your carrier is secure before loading your cat for transport. Inspect nuts, bolts, zippers, and latching mechanisms for wear, tear, and rust. Carrier failure is a common cause of cats getting lost during travel.
    • Dogs: check the condition of your leash and collar. A short, fixed-length (non-retractable) leash is preferred. Collars should be tightened such that you can comfortably fit 2 fingers between the collar and the skin of the dog.
  • Day of your appointment:
    • Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled start time to check in.
    • Dogs must be leashed and cats must be secured in their carrier before exiting your vehicle.
    • Payment is due at the time of service. Please bring cash or a debit/credit card (Mastercard, Visa, or Discover) with you.
